Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapy, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and functional independence.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of SLP experience.
Experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings.
Valid Missouri state license.
CCC certification.
New graduates OK if have Level II clinical experience.
Must provide SSN (if applicable), DOB, and one reference.
