Required Qualifications

1 year of SLP experience (Level II experience preferred)

Experience in LTC or Rehab settings

Valid Missouri State License

CCC Certified SLP

BSL (copy required); CERT‑ASHA and CCC‑SLP certifications (copies required)

SSN and DOB required for payroll

One reference from entire work history
