Oversee day-to-day operations of physician practices within the Medical Group.
Provide supervision, guidance, and direction to colleagues to ensure effective practice operations.
Optimize patient access, drive financial performance, support operational efficiency and growth, foster colleague development, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Position Qualifications
Associate's degree in a health‑related field or 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare required.
Supervisory experience directing others' work required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field.
5 years of relevant experience.
