You Will
Assist with preparing patients for CT exams and explain procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
Learn proper positioning techniques, immobilization methods, and safety procedures for CT imaging under supervision.
Observe and assist with administering contrast media (only after obtaining venipuncture certification and under direct supervision, if applicable).
Support technologists with image processing, PACS transmission, and quality assurance checks.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Participate in educational activities, in‑service training, and on‑the‑job instruction to gain competency in CT imaging.
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient procedures.
Provide professional and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
Complete administrative tasks, paperwork, and data entry as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned while learning the full scope of the CT Technologist role.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
Current ARRT(R) and State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT).
Obtain ARRT (CT) certification and/or applicable State CT license within the timeframe required by RadNet policy or state regulations. Continued employment in the trainee role is contingent upon meeting this requirement.
Completion of an accredited Radiology program required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Venipuncture certification preferred; if not held, must obtain within required timeframe.
Ability to learn and apply specialized CT equipment operation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to patients, physicians, and team members.
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and committed to professional development.
