Mammography Technologist Trainee , you will be part of a dedicated team that delivers quality, value, and access in the 21st century, aligning patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

Complete a 40‑hour initial Mammography Training Course Webinar with 8 hours of digital mammography training (RadNet will reimburse you).

Complete 8 hours of tomosynthesis training and receive hands‑on instruction in preparation for the ARRT mammography registry.

Pass the required Mammography Licensing Exam.

Become a full‑time mammography technologist with RadNet upon certification.

Participate in projects, meetings, and complete other tasks assigned by management.

Safeguard onsite medications in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information, both onsite and on patient portals.

Respond to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.

Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.

Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public.

Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Qualifications

Passionate about patient care with sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.

Effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.

A structured work approach, ability to understand complex problems, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Credentials

Current State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT (R) certification.

BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.

Strong interest and ability to learn new skills in advanced radiology procedures such as tomosynthesis, biopsies, and other procedures.

Resilient, adaptable, and compassionate, providing a calm and friendly demeanor during exams.

Quick thinking and ability to take appropriate action in emergent situations.

Pay Range:

$40.00 – $45.00 per hour.
