Job Types
Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.
Pay
Competitive pay ranges up to $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and assignment. Salary $19-22 per hour.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
One (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience.
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
Must be able to provide support for push and pull, bend, lift, kneel, depending upon the client's mobility and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
