Job Description
The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety procedures while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, state and federal regulations, and laws, including maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Implement and enforce safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and requirements.
Comply with state and federal regulations and laws.
Maintain accurate records related to safety protocols and incidents.
Essential Skills
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
5+ years of safety experience in construction or similar industry.
OSHA 30 certification.
CPR certified.
First Aid certified.
Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in safety training and management.
Familiarity with construction safety protocols.
Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
Knowledge of EHS procedures.
Skill in health and safety inspections.
Work Environment
The role involves working both in the field and in an office setting. The candidate will operate as a one-person team. The work schedule is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The dress code is business casual, appropriate for both office and field settings.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. ESOP and other competitive benefits.
