Draft and submit persuasive appeal letters to overturn denials.
Decode Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with insurers to file appeals and negotiate resolutions.
Share insights and performance updates with the Collections Manager.
Provide solutions to management for recurring payer issues.
Qualifications
2+ years of medical collections experience.
Proficiency with EOBs, CPT, and ICD-10 codes.
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Detail-oriented with fast and accurate data entry skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
