Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aid (HHA) certification
Valid CPR (in‑person instruction)
First Aid certification
Eligible Level 2 background screen (verified by the agency)
Proven experience as a CNA or HHA
Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
