Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and activities of daily living
Support clients in achieving individualized goals and participating in community-based activities
Follow and implement individualized support plans while documenting progress and changes
Ensure a safe, positive, and clean living environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Participate in training and team meetings to maintain high standards of care
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
