We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, medication, and transportation.
Follow individualized plans to meet each persons needs.
Provide companionship, encourage independence, and promote a positive environment.
Document as required.
Engage individuals to participate in skillbuilding, and social activities.
Maintain a clean and safe living area.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
Some benefits may require a waiting period.

Required qualifications:

18 years or older
Own a personal vehicle
Valid driver's license
Valid auto liability insurance
Background check
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
Drug screening
Available to work: weekends
Available to work: holidays
Willing to travel locally
Preferred qualifications:
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Available to work: overnight
Available to work: weekdays
