Construction Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, can follow directions, and are committed to maintaining safe and productive job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, etc.)
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions
Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sitesStrong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions
Commitment to safety and teamwork

Travel may be required depending on project location
Overtime may be available based on project needs
