RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper billing of all vehicles Dealer Traded and Wholesaled.
Balance cashiers daily deposits and coordinate with Bank runner.
Preparing all documents related to transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles
Process title and registrations through the VITU program; control all plates
Process all out of state license and registration for seven franchises.
Process and keep up to date information on all titles in transit
Track missing documents and problems connected with your responsibilities
Keep all license and registration customers current
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year experience of automotive billing experience
CDK and VITU experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail Oriented
Fast paced environment
