Ricart Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support our dealership's accounting team. This role is responsible for processing deals accurately and ensuring all paperwork is completed and posted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Process and post vehicle deals into the accounting system
Verify the accuracy of contracts, pricing, and required documents
Reconcile deals and ensure all paperwork is complete
Work with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records and support accounting functions
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership or billing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (CDK experience a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to meet required MVR standards
