Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
to join a collaborative hospitalist team at a 300-bed medical center in Tucson. This nocturnist role offers something rare in hospital medicine — genuine scheduling flexibility with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, W-2 or 1099 employment status, and a commencement bonus plus relocation assistance for the right candidate.
New graduates are welcome.
You'll practice in a physician-led inpatient environment supported by Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Programs, with Cerner EMR in place and a comprehensive benefits package that includes malpractice coverage, CME allowance with paid CME days, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient hospital medicine care on nocturnist shifts at a 300-bed facility
Manage acute care patients in a collaborative physician-led hospitalist model
Work within Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Program environment
Document accurately using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospital teams across night shift coverage
Participate in care transitions and patient management across inpatient census
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Arizona AGACNP license (or ability to obtain)
New graduates welcome — inpatient experience preferred
Cerner EMR familiarity a plus
Comfortable in a physician-led collaborative hospitalist model
W-2 or 1099 employment both accepted
Schedule & Compensation
$100/hour
