What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and support the veterinary technician team
Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, anesthesia monitoring, and dental procedures
Perform diagnostic testing, radiology, and laboratory procedures
Administer medications and ensure accurate dosing and patient safety
Create and manage technician schedules to support hospital operations
Provide high‑quality patient care and client communication
What Our Lead Veterinary Technicians Bring
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) or equivalent credentials
Strong knowledge of animal medicine, pharmacology, and husbandry
Experience with anesthesia monitoring, surgery support, and dental procedures
Leadership experience, including training and team oversight
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
