Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Required Travel:
Travel between Glenview, Skokie, and Bannockburn
Required Resources
License:
Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois required
Education:
BSN required
Certification:
BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required
Experience:
3 years of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
Responsibilities
Function as a subject expert and/or program coordinator in providing nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults
Provide nursing assessment of patient condition and evaluation of follow-up needs
Coordinate patient plan of care
Provide health education for patient and family
Collaborate on planning/problem-solving solutions with health team members
Clinical management of patients as directed by the physician
