Job Description
Ready to make a difference? As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Location
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Compensation
$19.50 to $24 per hour (depending on related experience and QMAP certification), plus evening ($1 per hour) and night shift differentials ($3 per hour).
Schedule
12 hour shifts, rotating schedules. Weekends are required.

How You Will Make An Impact
Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
Promote psychosocial well‑being through meaningful relationships
Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
Assist with menu/snack selection and partner with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety
What You Will Need
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver preferred
Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
Must obtain a current QMAP before hire or within 90 days of hire
Must have availability on weekends and weekdays, open availability preferred
Must be able to attend a daytime Monday to Thursday orientation
