What you will be doing
You will be the driving force behind our continuous improvement journey—turning insights into action and ensuring our processes are built for the future. What you will be doing:

Lead the effort to remove bottlenecks and create seamless production and process flow.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Lean methodology.

Standardize and systematize production processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Increase productivity and yield while reducing cycle time and lead time across operations.

Keep all related operating instructions, work instructions, one‑point lessons, and flowcharts accurate and up to date.

Enable strong knowledge transfer between departments and into new projects.

Contribute to calculations, planning, and process design for upcoming projects.

Maintain deep, hands‑on understanding of the production process and lead it in daily operations.

Design, develop, improve, and implement processes in close collaboration with process owners.

Own process documentation and ensure the technical content is correct, clear, and complete.

Prepare training materials and deliver training that builds competence and confidence.

Provide input for management reviews together with Quality department.

Measure process performance and use data to drive decisions.

Hold responsibility for IMPEX.
