Technical Trainer for Heating and Refrigeration Technologies

Within the HRT Academy, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people about heating and refrigeration technologies. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals.
You will be located in Den Bosch.
Responsibilities

Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements, for GEA internal employees as well as for customers.
Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
Determine course content, including objectives, heating and refrigeration aspects (mechanical, electrical, automation, processes, safety, technologies, software tools and business/sales aspects) and define target groups, prerequisites, learning targets, storyboard/agenda, modules, topics, training material, scripts, and interactive/practical explanations.
Provide documents and material necessary for pre/post training handover.
Estimate evaluation points and conduct evaluation tests where applicable.
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.).
Execute live training sessions both face‑to‑face as well as webinars and videos, and facilitate workshops or exercises in groups or individually.
Arrange for and conduct on‑site training when needed.
Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, and issues.
Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Preferred Education

Degree in an Industrial Refrigeration technical field or similar.
Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset.
Professional Knowledge and Experience

Several years of experience in the technical field of Industrial Refrigeration.
Experience as trainer is preferable.
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Knowledge of digital learning platforms is preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
