Job Description & Requirements
TNAA TotalMed Allied is hiring a travel Physical Therapist for a 26‑week assignment in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, working 40 hours per week on 8‑hour days. This is a travel position that involves acute care patient populations.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
Modify plans as patients’ conditions change.
Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
Ensure billing and documentation comply with facility guidelines and state regulations.
Use the medical center’s computer systems for daily tasks.
Collaborate with medical center personnel and physicians for team‑focused care.
Apply knowledge of adaptive equipment and board requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged; 1 year is standard, but 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates).
State‑specific Physical Therapist license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods, combined with strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Compensation
Pay is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.
