Position: Full‑Time Hygiene Assistant

What You’ll Do Every Day
Support the hygienist during patient care and procedures
Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and help maintain strict infection control standards
Assist with patient comfort, flow, and experience
Take dental X‑rays (as allowed by state law)
Help educate and support patients before and after hygiene treatment
Keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for the hygiene team
What We’re Looking For
Dental or medical office experience preferred (1+ year), but not required
Interest in dental hygiene and patient care
Friendly, positive, team‑first attitude
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in dentistry
Someone who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
