Schedule : Monday–Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with triage on‑call management

Job Description
The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program and for supervising the nursing department. The role involves developing and maintaining medical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and providing quality, individualized health‑care management for each service recipient.
Develop, manage, and grow the Wellness Coordination services
Effectively supervise and manage the nursing staff
Ensure completion or review of the Wellness Assessment, Risk Mitigation Tool, and Wellness Plan for each consumer
Guarantee documented face‑to‑face visits as outlined in the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide
Provide leadership that promotes the organization’s mission, policies, and procedures
Ensure consistency and quality of health‑care services for all users
Act as a resource to area directors and program directors on medical issues, rules, and regulations
Consult with directors to determine appropriate nursing services for new consumers
Assist in setting up health‑care systems in new programs
Provide nursing oversight to all individuals supported by Dungarvin
Ensure all care documentation meets licensure requirements, organizational policy, and individual needs
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an active license to practice in Indiana
Strong communication skills—reading, writing, and collaboration with internal and external team members
Successful background clearance (required for onboarding)
Nice to Have
Prior nursing experience with individuals with intellectual, physical, or behavioral disabilities
Desired supervisory experience
