This is a Part-time 7:00 pm - 7:00 am shift opportunity, 24 hours (2 shifts) per week.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for treating patients with any medical problems that cannot wait to be seen by their regular doctor, as well as severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
Establish a therapeutic relationship and an individualized plan of care with the patient for a defined period of time (length of stay on that unit) and communicate that plan of care to collaborative partners.
Plan, deliver, coordinate, evaluate, and modify the patient’s care for the defined period and ensure continuity of care across shifts and settings.
Provide a wide range of emergency department care, including preparation for procedures, cardiac arrest response, medication administration, wound care, splinting, and critical care interventions as applicable.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications
Active NJ Registered Nurse License (Required)
Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification (Required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required)
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) - required
Experience
Minimum of 15 months recent nursing experience - required
Salary and Benefits
