Caregiver - Immediate Openings (Male Client Preference)
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Flexible Hours | Part-Time & Full-Time Available
About The Role
Open Arms Solutions is currently seeking compassionate, dependable Male Caregivers to provide one-on-one support for male clients in the Chicago area. Due to the personal nature of the care required (bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance), we are specifically looking for male applicants to honor the client’s request for a same-gender provider (BFOQ).
Help a senior remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home while building a rewarding career with a supportive local team.
Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Companionship: Offering engaging conversation and emotional support.
Home Support: Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and simple meal preparation.
Reliability: Providing medication reminders and driving clients to appointments or errands.
Documentation: Recording care notes and updates through our mobile system.

Experience: At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the last 2 years (In-home, facility, or hospital).
Documentation: A valid State ID or Driver’s License.
Tech-Savvy: Must have a smartphone for communication and care logs.
Background: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
