Job Summary
Brookdale at Home is hiring Private Duty Caregivers to provide one‑on‑one companionship and non‑medical personal care to seniors. Positions are available full‑time, part‑time, and PRN, with same‑day interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship and companionship support to seniors.
Assist with non‑medical personal care including dressing, bathing, grooming, and transfers.
Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and vacuuming.
Care for resident pets.
Transport residents to medical appointments and errands.
Remind residents to take medications.
Qualifications
Passion for helping people; willingness to provide compassionate care.
Background in RN, CNA or relevant caregiving experience preferred.
Ability to recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat residents with respect and dignity.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a home‑like environment.
