Job Description
MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13‑week assignment in Fairbanks, Alaska, starting 21 June 2026. Work schedule is 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide perinatal nursing care to women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages.
Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
Identify and manage potential high‑risk conditions.
Educate and support mothers and families post‑delivery.
Qualifications
Active RN license.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications.
Minimum 18 months recent experience in Acute Care Labor and Delivery.
Additional client‑specified requirements.
