Compensation
Base rate: $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
Uncapped commission: $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage
Tips average 18%–25% of the non‑member price (average $20–$30 per base service)
Weekly pay with tips paid same day
Hourly rate: $42.00–$57.00 per hour (based on 30 service hours/week)
Responsibilities
Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
Follow the "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
