Physician - Obstetrics

Overview
The staff Obstetrics physician provides outpatient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, performing procedures, and referring to specialists as needed.
Responsibilities
Manage approximately 20 patients daily, including walk-ins, and handle after-hours calls via phone only, with a rotation schedule of about one week every 7-8 weeks.
Support organizational values, document patient histories, develop treatment plans aligned with ACOG guidelines, and ensure professional conduct.
Participate in meetings, peer reviews, quality initiatives, and supervise staff; work flexibly across sites and hours to meet patient needs.
Qualifications
MD or DO
OB/GYN certification
Valid state license
Residency completion
Preferred candidates have ambulatory experience, medical Spanish skills, and familiarity with patient-centered care
Skills include excellent communication, leadership, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in EMR and office technologies
