The role involves fabrication, assembly, and repair of piping systems, vessels, and structural components that directly support safe and reliable plant operations. Examine completed welds to ensure they are free of defects, smooth, and functional; document work performed.
Observe and enforce safety regulations; collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Support continuous improvement by helping develop work instructions, suggesting process enhancements, and mentoring junior team members.
Maintain proficiency with Shop PQRs (3G/6G carbon/stainless at present, increasing with shop capabilities).

5+ years of experience in fabrication/welding; pipe/tube welding preferred.
Must be able to pass 6G weld certification, either carbon or stainless.
