Details
Position is for an outpatient physical therapy setting
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Thirteen-week assignment duration
Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate according to a 50-mile radius rule
Requirements
Active physical therapy license required if applicable
Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
EKG testing may be required on-site if specified by the unit
Additional Information
Outpatient PT responsibilities as per assignment requirements
Candidates may be required to complete on-site EKG exam if assigned to relevant units
Middle initial must be provided for candidate record if applicable
Professional dress code expected in the outpatient therapy environment
