Job Summary And Responsibilities
Sign-on Bonus up to $20,000 AND Education Assistance (student loan payoff) up to $24,000 for eligible hires
Facilitates the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments, supplies and equipment. Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team.
Responsibilities
Assemble supplies and equipment required for the procedure.
Prepare and organize sterile supplies and instruments for the procedure.
Perform accounting procedures in concert with the RN circulator.
Assist with placement of sterile drapes.
Provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team during the procedure.
Maintain an organized sterile field.
Ensure sterility of the field and take corrective actions as needed.
Prepare sterile dressings.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program required.
Experience with varied high‑tech surgical equipment required.
Licensure and Certifications
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Technologist in Surgery‑Certified (TS‑C).
Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS‑CPR) required upon hire.
Pay Range
$23.69 - $35.24 per hour
