Full Time Day Shift – TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital – $5k Sign-On Bonus!

10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242
Work Schedule
Full Time Days – (72-80 hours bi-weekly)
Call every 4th weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
Two holiday shifts per year
Six week scheduling period with 3‑4 nights of call during that time frame

Job Requirements
Associate’s Degree - Nursing (Required)
New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire (Required)
Minimum of 1‑2 years of relevant OR/Surgery RN experience (Strongly preferred)
Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
ACLS PALS may be required but is dependent on unit or department (Preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle
Job Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per guidelines.
Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and expected outcomes.
Provide safe, ethical, patient‑centered care while supporting dignity, diversity, and autonomy.
Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs.
Safely administer medications and treatments; perform technical skills per policy.
Recognize and respond to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans in collaboration with the care team.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
Participate in organizational activities such as committees, staff meetings, and unit initiatives.
Support student learning and staff development; serve in leadership roles as needed.
Maintain professional competence through continuing education and self‑assessment.
Build collaborative, collegial relationships across the healthcare team.
Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.
