Phlebotomist II – Caddo Mills, TX
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Pay range: $20.23+ per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions as per established training.
Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
Navigate a computer and accurately enter data; a requirement for success in this role.
Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information, collecting payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens, including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required by test order.
Perform all non‑patient facing duties such as inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and utilizing email.
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs timely, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.
Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
Required Experience
Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard and data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliably transportable, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, if applicable.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
