Job Title
Phlebotomist II – O Fallon, MO – Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotational weekends
Pay
Pay range: $19.31+ per hour. Salary offers are based on factors such as skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance examinations)
Administer oral solutions per training guidelines
Research test/client information and confirm orders using lab technology systems
Enter data accurately and navigate computer systems
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments as required by corporate policies
Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport per test order
Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stock supplies, sanitization, filing, phone answering, email) as needed
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures
Assist in compiling and submitting statistics and data when required
Maintain phlebotomy logs, including maintenance and temperature logs, in a timely manner
Complete required online and in‑person training courses promptly
Qualifications
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Keyboard/data entry experience
Flexible and available based on staffing needs (including weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington
The position requires effective communication in English.
