Service Technician & Mechanic – Aerial Lifts

Position Summary
ALL Aerials, LLC. is seeking an Aerial Lift Service Technician & Mechanic. Hands‑on experience with aerial boom and scissor lifts is desired, but training may be provided. Depending on experience, this role may lead to a Field Technician position. The position is full‑time, non‑exempt, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible candidates may receive a $300 sign‑on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.
Essential Functions
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor lifts
Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
Read, understand, and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
Interface positively with service writers, supervisor, parts department, and customers
Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
Use diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills And Experience Requirements
Strong diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical background
Basic set of mechanic’s hand tools
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable MVR
Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Manufacturer’s training will be an integral part of this position. Applicants must be willing to learn new computer, electronic, and hydraulic systems, follow evolving safety guidelines, and remain certified in the various aspects of the field such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
