Overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking for an Automotive Technician. The role includes car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning per company policy. The technician must exercise reasonable judgment and initiative, focus on customer needs, and comply with quality standards.
Pay: $34.00 / hour. Location: Service Center - 648 Madrid Ave., Kansas City, MO 64153.

Schedules available for hire: Sunday-Thursday, 2:30 pm-11:00 pm; Tuesday-Saturday, 2:30 pm-11:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed per manufacturer specs and guidelines.
Complete manufacturer training and perform warranty and recall repairs.
Perform ADA installs as required after training.
Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order.
Provide safe and reliable vehicles after repairs and preventive maintenance.
Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software, and diagnostic tools.
May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Update job knowledge by engaging in approved training.
Follow health, safety, and environmental standards.
Perform manual labor, such as bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Handle objects up to 50 lbs with prolonged standing and walking.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.

Qualifications
Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
4+ current and valid ASE certifications.
Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol convictions within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship needed.
Will complete a pre-employment drug test and subject to random testing.
At least 18 years of age.
