$28-$32 per hour

Responsibilities
One-to-one patient care in home/school environments
Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care
Administration of prescribed medications, treatments and therapies
Patient assessments; coordination of care
Report changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Available Nursing Shifts
Morning, evening or overnight
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
PRN, part-time, or full-time
No weekend or minimum requirements
