Northumberland, PA: 7am to 3pm; evening shift 3pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday
Selinsgrove, PA: 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patients
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
Patient assessments; coordination of care
Report any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Available Nursing Shifts
Morning, evening or overnight
8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
No weekend or minimum requirements
