Job Overview
Looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospital-level care in a home environment across the Cleveland, Ohio area. The role offers flexible scheduling (PRN, PT morning, afternoon, evening). Compensation between $45-$52/hour.

Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive in‑home patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications (oral, IV, injections) and perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other procedures.
Execute physician orders and individualized care plans.
Coordinate labs, diagnostics, and additional services with interdisciplinary teams.
Provide patient and family education on disease management and medications.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with HIPAA and company standards.
Respond promptly to urgent situations and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary.
Follow infection prevention protocols and maintain a safe care environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in home health, ER, ICU, or med‑surg.
Experience with IV therapy, wound care, or acute care strongly preferred.
Local candidate within 30 miles of Cleveland with valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Active CPR certification and negative TB test within 12 months.
Up‑to‑date immunizations or exemptions (COVID, Flu, MMR, Hep B).
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, independence, and excellent communication and education skills.
Tech‑savvy with EMR, mobile charting, and telehealth tools.
Compassionate, adaptable, and patient‑focused.
