The salary range for this position is $18.84 - $24.49 per hour. Placement within the range depends on relevant work experience and internal equity. For union‑represented positions, placement follows collective bargaining agreement rules.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to accurately schedule and coordinate infusion appointments according to patients’ treatment plans and clinic availability.
Work directly with nurses and physicians to ensure that schedules align with patient care needs, including timely administration of treatments and necessary follow‑up appointments.
Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and priorities efficiently.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.

Patient Services Representative

Responsibilities
Greets patients as they enter the office and obtains required patient information.
Performs patient registration, verifies insurance information, and collects co‑pays and outstanding balances.
Obtains and updates patient demographic and company information.
Answers phone calls and schedules appointments.
Directs and documents patient calls as appropriate.
Coordinates scheduling of outside testing for patients.
Acts as liaison between patient and practice.
Provides backup for scheduling appointments.
Ensures daily work contributes to an environment of patient safety and confidentiality.
Completes daily reconciliation report to ensure charges entered correctly.
Pulls charts and readies them for next day appointments; files completed patient charts daily.
Files test/procedure results into the inpatient medical record after physician sign‑off.
Liaises with company representatives or potential employees to assure correct services are provided.
Reviews Epic chart prior to patient appointments to confirm consent within past 12 months and current insurance card.
Responds to all medical record requests from patients, insurance companies, physician offices, subpoenas, and legal requests per protocol.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a customer service position.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
One to three years of prior physician office experience.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
