Qualifications
Speciality in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and anxiety
Experience working with children and adolescents aged 6 and up, using evidence‑based practices
Strong understanding and ability to work with clients managing ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, using personalized, evidence‑based approaches to foster progress and well‑being
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young clients and their families
Skilled in engaging and building rapport with young clients to facilitate effective therapy
Capable of creating a safe and supportive environment for young clients to express themselves
Experience collaborating with parents, schools, and other caregivers to support comprehensive treatment plans
Licensed clinician only (Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Psychologist or Licensed Psychotherapist PhD or PsyD)
Open to part‑time or full‑time positions at any of our locations – Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or San Jose
Compensation
$75‑$100 per hour, depending on experience and training. Income may grow with us. A full‑time, salaried position may also be considered for those who can see above 20 clients per week.
