Job Title: Financial Analyst, Participations

Summary of Position
The Financial Analyst will work closely with the production, business affairs, legal, and accounting departments, so it is important that the candidate can communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the company. The primary focus of this position is to prepare detailed financial analysis, statements, and present results of their work to colleagues and management, and collaborate in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. This position may also assist with special projects and ad‑hoc analysis, as assigned. Duties may include gathering documentation, reviewing contracts and accounting records, and conducting various analyses, as required.
Responsibilities
Prepare participation financial analysis and statements, as needed.
Test and implement process improvements, efficiency, and standardization.
Interpret and assess contracts for participations subject‑related matter.
Responsible for special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Attentive to detail and keen judgement to make sound decisions
Excellent analytical and organization skills with the ability to multi‑task and meet strict contractual deadlines
Ability to work pro‑actively and autonomously in the role, but also as a team player within the participations and residuals group
Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Haves
Experience in accounting, finance, participations and/or residuals is a plus
