We are seeking a
Project Coordinator
who is interested in working for a great organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic HR Planning & Operations team, managing impactful projects and driving process improvements across the business.
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite if applicable)
Duration:
6-month contract with opportunity for extension or conversion
Job Duties
Manage multiple HR projects from initiation through completion, including business case review and leadership approvals
Provide project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leaders
Support project planning, prioritization, and execution aligned to business needs
Identify project risks early and help drive proactive resolutions
Lead administration and maintenance of project tracking within Monday.com
Requirements
4+ years of experience coordinating HR programs or projects
Experience developing and implementing new processes and project deliverables
Strong experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
PMP certification preferred
