Group Coordinator Lead- IC
Position: Forklift Operator
Shift: First Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $22.90
Core Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system
Research, analyze, and resolve inventory variances, root causes, and discrepancies
Support and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices
Train, coach, and support inventory control team members and warehouse associates
Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and report findings to leadership
Partner with Operations to prevent/resolve inventory issues
Assist with physical inventory and year-end counts
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce shrink, damage, and mis-picks
Act as escalation point for inventory-related issues during daily operations
Follow safety and compliance standards: Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and follow OSHA guidelines
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience with warehouse operations: Prior work in inventory, picking, stocking, or logistics
Experience using WMS and ERP systems: SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc. (Preferred)
Attention to detail: Accuracy in counting, labeling, and recording data
Physical capability: Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed

Role Purpose
Physically reconcile/verify raw and finished good inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling/analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory).
Is an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reporting.
Assigns work schedules, trains associates and monitors associates’ progress.
Key Accountabilities
Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
Reconciliation and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
Conduct training for new associates.
Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
Working knowledge of SAP inventory
