Laboratory Technician

JOB SUMMARY: The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing material testing and quality assurance activities in a laboratory setting. This role involves conducting electrical and material tests, maintaining lab equipment, organizing data, and generating reports while following established procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform material testing for quality control and assurance • Conduct basic electrical measurements using various instruments • Create reports based on test results and data logging • Maintain electronic equipment and process analyzers • Execute testing in accordance with written SOPs • Organize and manage data collection activities • Carry out multi-step testing processes including data recording and reporting REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electronics (preferred) • Familiarity with RF test equipment and related measurement tools • Understanding of basic electronic theory and material testing • Experience working with lab-based equipment • Strong attention to detail • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to work effectively within a small team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience with Vector Network Analyzer, impedance measurements, thermal conductivity testing, and optical microscopes • Light manufacturing experience Education: Associate's Degree
