We’re looking for people who can handle both fieldwork and detailed shop tasks, with a strong emphasis on high-pressure vinyl (HPV) installations and technical site surveys. Key Responsibilities Install and service wall signs, ground signs, and projecting signs Perform high-pressure vinyl (HPV) installations on a variety of surfaces Conduct accurate technical surveys, including field measurements, site conditions, and documentation Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Follow safety standards and meet quality/code requirements Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to work outdoors and at heights when needed Detail-oriented, especially for vinyl application and site measurement Strong work ethic and reliability Experience with crane, bucket truck, or CDL is a plus Prior sign industry experience preferred, but not required Schedule Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods About Signcom We’re a hands-on, production-focused shop that takes pride in doing the job right.
