Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, hospitality‑driven Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead dining room operations for Bain Capital’s high‑end corporate dining program. This is a highly visible, guest‑facing role ideal for someone with a restaurant background who thrives on the floor, enjoys table‑touching, and delivers white‑glove service.

This position is hands‑on during service, with a focus on elevated hospitality, dining room presentation, and team leadership. The role is approximately 60% dining room management / 40% pantry operations, with light financial responsibilities and some regional support flexibility during account renovations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all front‑of‑house dining room operations with a strong hospitality focus
Serve as the primary guest‑facing presence: greeting, table‑touching, and resolving service issues
Oversee dining room flow, signage, floor plans, and overall presentation
Maintain high service standards aligned with an upscale restaurant experience
Supervise, train, and coach FOH associates
Be fully hands‑on and visible during meal periods
Support pantry operations and ensure smooth service execution
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoice entry
Provide regional support as needed, especially during renovation phases
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3+ years of front‑of‑house leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or corporate dining
Strong passion for guest engagement and high‑touch service
Experience in fine dining, upscale casual, luxury hotels, or high‑end corporate dining preferred
Comfortable leading on the floor in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
Working knowledge of food service operations and cash handling
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
Flexible schedule and willingness to support regional needs when required
