We are seeking a reliable and motivated part-time
Parking Garage Supervisor
to oversee parking operations in Baltimore, MD. This role is responsible for leading a team of parking attendants and ensuring a smooth and positive parking experience for guests.
The schedule for this position is 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Oversee parking operations
Lead and coordinate a team of parking attendants to ensure smooth traffic flow and customer service
Ensure guests have a smooth arrival and exit experience
Resolve customer service issues or parking concerns in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and maintain parking equipment and report operational issues as needed
Ensure all staff members are properly dressed in uniform and performing their responsibilities
Assist with lot setup, signage placement, and operational readiness before events
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Experience in parking operations, events, hospitality, or traffic management is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced event environment
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
