
Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity requiring availability for varying shifts between 6AM-7PM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily receiving operations including unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming parts
Ensure accurate shipment verification and resolve discrepancies
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
Coordinate inbound schedules with logistics and maintain efficient workflow
Monitor and maintain inventory systems, WMS, and receiving documentation
Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and space utilization
Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members
Troubleshoot inventory issues and operational bottlenecks
Requirements:
2+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel
Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment use
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
Flexible to work varying shifts (between 6AM-7PM)
